Frequently asked questions
Do I need a card to start the free trial?
No. The 15-day trial starts without payment details and nothing is charged. When it ends without an upgrade, your profile simply returns to the free Explorer package.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you upgrade before the end, you keep everything and pay the price that was locked for you at sign-up. If not, your profile returns to Explorer and anything that needs a higher package is paused — never deleted.
Can I switch packages later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any moment and the new package applies immediately. When you move down, groups or events that need the higher package are paused and come back the moment you upgrade again.
What happens to my groups and events if I downgrade?
They are never deleted. Anything that requires a higher package is hidden from public listings while you're below it, and is restored automatically when you upgrade.
