What is CSAE / CSAM?
Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) covers any conduct that sexually abuses, exploits, or endangers a minor. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) refers to any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.
Strict Prohibition
- Uploading, sharing, requesting, promoting, or storing CSAM is strictly forbidden.
- Any attempt to groom, exploit, or endanger minors results in immediate account termination.
Detection & Moderation
We use a combination of automated detection systems, community reporting tools, and human moderation to identify, review, and remove prohibited content.
Reporting
Users can report suspicious, unsafe, or illegal content, messages, groups, or profiles directly within the app using the in-app reporting features, or by emailing our child safety team at [email protected]. All reports involving child safety are reviewed urgently.

Law Enforcement Cooperation

We comply with all applicable child safety laws and preserve relevant information where required to cooperate with lawful investigations.
