On Mondays - Fridays, 9 - 17 the transfer EUR from a Revolut account to the TOKERO platform takes on average 20-30 minutes. But there were operations that lasted 7 minutes and others 4 hours. If the transfer is done during the weekend, on a public holiday or any other day after 18:00, this operation will be processed on the morning of the next working day.

For RON, the transfer from Revolut to the TOKERO takes between 6-8 hours on Mondays - Fridays, 9 - 17. The duration of the transfer depends on the time of the transaction and the bank, the moment when the settlement is made.
Transfers made in the evening after 18:00, on weekends, or on a public holiday will arrive on the morning of the next working day.

The transfer of EUR from Revolut to TOKERO is faster than the transfer of RON. Transfers in EUR to customer account balances made from EUR accounts other than Revolut accounts have a speed similar to the transfer in RON.

EUR withdrawals are processed via SEPA transfers, which usually take between 1-2 working days, Monday - Friday, 9 - 17. If the withdrawal is requested by 12:00, the funds will arrive on the same day in the afternoon, and if the operation is carried out after 17:00, then it will be processed on the morning of the next working day.

Adding EUR funds to your TOKERO client account is processed by SEPA transfer, which take between 1 and 3 days, maximum. If the operation was carried out on Monday - Friday, until 12:00, then the funds will arrive after 13:00 on the same day. And if you made the transfer in the afternoon, the money will arrive the next day.

Price volatility is a known characteristic of the cryptocurrency market. To get a minimum time between transfer and balance loading, make sure you follow the instructions:
  • You have completed the data correctly and completely
  • You have uploaded the account statement of the bank account where you made transfer from
  • Your TOKERO account is validated for FIAT transactions
  • Transfer times can be significantly improved if the bank from which you send funds has the "Urgent Payment" option.
