Frequently asked questions
Do I need a card to start the free trial?
No. The 14-day trial starts without payment details and nothing is charged. If it ends without an upgrade, your profile simply goes back to the free Explorer package.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you upgrade before it ends you keep everything and pay the price locked in for you when you signed up. If not, the profile goes back to Explorer and anything that needs a higher package is paused — never deleted.
Can I switch packages later?
Yes, at any time. Moving up applies immediately; moving down applies at the end of the period you have already paid for.
What happens to my groups and events if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Anything above your new package is paused and comes back the moment you upgrade again.
