  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
  • Experience in communicating with customers;
  • Ability to assimilate information and adapt quickly to new and dynamic situations;
  • Ability to prioritise according to the impact of cases on the client and the company;
  • Person focused on identifying and implementing solutions for the benefit of the client;
  • Calm, organised and punctual person;
  • Advanced knowledge of English (writing, reading, listening; speaking can be practised throughout the job);
  • Knowledge of French or another European language is a plus;
  • Empathetic person that understands the client's condition and can calmly guide them to a resolution of the case.

Job description:

  • Handling of referrals/tickets regardless of how they are received (email, phone or Social Media);
  • Analysing complaints and collecting the information needed to complete them;
  • Monitoring compliance with the deadline for replying to pending complaints;
  • Working with other departments to resolve complaints;
  • Transmitting resolutions.
