We hope this message finds you well. Today, we want to share an important update regarding Swingby (SWINGBY) on TOKERO.

Every coin and token we have listed on TOKERO, from 2018 to 2022, has had a technical reason behind it. We have always aimed to provide our users with a diverse and secure trading experience. However, as we continue to evolve and grow, it's crucial for us to make strategic decisions that align with our long-term vision.

When we initially listed Swingby back in 2021, it was with great enthusiasm and optimism for its groundbreaking technology, aimed at bridging different blockchains together. We believed that Swingby had the potential to empower users to seamlessly move their crypto assets between different blockchain networks and benefit from decentralized finance (DeFi) opportunities across the board.

Over time, we have closely monitored the performance and development of Swingby within our platform. Unfortunately, despite the initial promise, Swingby has faced certain technical challenges that have impacted its functionality and user experience.

After careful consideration and evaluation, we have made the difficult decision to delist Swingby (SWINGBY) from TOKERO as of October 11th, 2023. This decision was not made lightly, and we want to assure you that it was based on a thorough assessment of the token's performance and its alignment with our platform's standards.

The delisting process will be executed in a professional and responsible manner to ensure minimal disruption to our users. The current version of Swingby is an ERC20 token, so you will have to withdraw it to an ERC20 compatible wallet. Alternatively, you can choose to sell the Swingby tokens you hold on TOKERO to USDT.

Please note that you have to make a choice whether to sell or withdraw the tokens by October 11th, 2023. Starting October 12th, 2023, Swingby will only be visible to users who had held or still hold the token, and in our database. Should you still hold any tokens after the delisting date, the only available option we will keep is withdrawing but paying the withdrawal fee in ETH (the native currency for ERC20 tokens). Also please note that should any future upgrades be done to the token itself (i.e. moving to another blockchain or changing the contract address) we may or may not follow through with applying the change on our end, and you may find yourself in the situation of having lost your tokens. Should you consider you are in that situation, please contact our support team and we will look in depth at the specified situation at that moment.
