Once again, we find ourselves on the eve of the holidays, reflecting on the good and not-so-good of the year that is coming to a close. To me, it feels like the holidays came very quickly; on one hand I desire this peacefulness, on the other hand I feel like I could use a little more time to finalize my goals.

Looking back, I realize how busy and loaded with changes this year has been. Still, it is the first one in which we were able to enjoy the normality we knew before the pandemic. Here we are again with no restrictions, without masks and social distancing, able to rejoice in your beloved ones. It seems like we don't even remember and therefore don't appreciate the return to normal. It seems that’s how we, humans, are built, we tend to forget pretty quickly...

Along with this feeling, in recent weeks I have noticed a considerable increase in stress due to the holidays. Everyone wishes for the most Christmassy house, with the most Instagrammable holiday menus. This brings some kind of frustration because of the lack of time needed to put everything together, you don't find everything you need in the supermarket and you wait in endless queues.

We can choose to make these holiday times about peace, positive charging and quality time spent with our loved ones, not about excessive shopping, traffic honking and food that gets us sick.

The past holiday seasons have become continuous and stressful races, started from no real motivation and in which people end up being more stressed and tired than before.

I wrote to remind you how important it is to recharge your batteries at the end of the year in order to start 2023 with strength. The New Year needs to bring energy and clarity into our lives.

Both I and the TOKERO team wish you a beautiful and peaceful holiday season with those you love and may the New Year come with many professional and personal achievements!

We also thank you for being with us on this crypto-journey and promise that the New Year will come with many new opportunities and challenges for the entire TOKERO Community.

Best regards,
