Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new revenue opportunities beyond current business lines to ensure sustainable year-over-year growth;

• Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies for customer acquisition, aligning with business goals;

• Manage and scale user acquisition, retention, and engagement across digital channels;

• Plan and implement high-impact marketing strategies with a focus on cost-effectiveness and scalability;

• Define and monitor KPIs, OKRs, and SLAs to drive performance and optimize marketing efforts;

• Design and refine marketing funnels using tools like Miro and Geru to maximize conversions;

• Utilize Jira for project tracking, ensuring transparency and timely execution;

• Remove roadblocks and optimize workflows to maintain rapid progress;

• Work hands-on with the team to execute marketing campaigns efficiently;

• Collaborate with content, design, and social media teams to create engaging, data-driven content;

• Monitor and optimize campaign budgets to ensure ROI-driven decision-making;

• Build and nurture communities across platforms like Discord, Telegram, and Twitter;

• Present new ideas and business cases to drive strategic growth initiatives;

• Balance long-term goals with real-time data-driven adjustments, avoiding distractions from short-term trends;

• Oversee a diverse marketing team, including specialists in graphics, copywriting, SEO, community management, video editing, and paid ads.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in growth marketing, with experience managing large-scale acquisition and retention campaigns;

• TStrong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and paid advertising;

• Prior experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in cryptocurrency, fintech, or Web3 industries;

• Hands-on experience with KPIs, OKRs, and performance-driven marketing;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to navigate ambiguous situations with strategic solutions;

• Experience designing and optimizing marketing funnels with Miro, Geru, and similar tools;

• Goal-oriented and data-driven, with a passion for achieving measurable results;

• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and real-time feedback;

• High attention to detail, ensuring quality and accuracy in execution;

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
