I‘m actually not a big fan of running in summer or when it’s hot in general but this day/ this morning was absolutely perfect for a 5k run 🙊 maybe.. the whole scenery was perfect and it distracted me from the heat 👀 could be..
BLM will offer roughly 35,000 acres across 43 California parcels for oil and gas leasing on Dec. 1, restoring federal sales after years of litigation. Companies still need separate drilling permits first. #Oil#California#Energy#Upstreamhttps://t.co/Xq0FqM4kWR
Anzeige ⛅️ we had such a nice morning that day with a run alongside the beach and a perfect breakfast afterwards 🍞 🥑 but not to forget the electrolytes from @myproteinde afterwards 🧃 love love love the flavour strawberry margarita lately!!! with my code „franzi“ you always get the biggest discount possible ✨
our last day was sooooo beautiful (which was also departure day) ☀️ after our 6km run at 6:30 in the morning we just had the best weather and got to see so much!! the city is massive and we still had so much left on our list, but there wasn’t enough time for all of it 😭 but getting to run through santa monica once is already unreal 🙊 I really appreciate that we got to do this trip together and I know i’ll be thinking back on it for a long time 🌴
This year the London Marathon was enough for my running calendar and I’m happy to take a little break. I don’t have any fomo at all and that’s why it was the right decision to cancel it ♥️ there will be a year where I’m going to run it again but I need this break right now and currently I’m very happy about my 6k morning run here in California ☀️
