🏙Today at the Opening Conference of #SIB #2026, we talked about where the #residential #market stands today and, more importantly, where it is heading. The market remains active, but buyers have clearly become more selective. They compare #projects, #locations, #financing options and #developers more carefully, looking beyond the purchase price to understand the long-term #value of a #property.
📊At the same time, #supply remains under pressure. In Q1 2026, total residential supply in Bucharest was 34% lower than a year earlier, while the supply of new homes decreased by 31%. Real estate is no longer just a conversation about price. Project quality, location, infrastructure, financing, liquidity and long-term potential are becoming increasingly important.
We see this very clearly in north #Bucharest, where business, #infrastructure and residential development continue to transform entire areas and create new #investment #opportunities.

💸 România se confruntă cu un nou val de scumpiri după ce prețurile la energie, alimente și servicii continuă să crească peste așteptări în 2026.
📈 Economiștii avertizează că:
• facturile devin tot mai mari
• costurile firmelor cresc accelerat
• puterea de cumpărare scade
• presiunea pe rate și chirii se accentuează
🏦 În același timp, dobânzile ridicate afectează atât populația, cât și companiile, iar tot mai multe afaceri reduc investițiile și cheltuielile.
🌍 Piețele europene urmăresc atent situația economică din regiune, în timp ce investitorii devin tot mai precauți în fața riscului unei încetiniri economice mai severe.
⚡ Specialiștii spun că următoarele luni pot aduce noi măsuri fiscale și economice pentru reducerea deficitului și controlul inflației.
💬 Tot mai mulți români resimt direct impactul scumpirilor în bugetul lunar, iar consumul începe să încetinească vizibil.
