🎙️ Corina Sfia from Imobiliare.ro at #SIB challenged me with a simple question: How does the market feel this autumn and what comes next? ▶My answer? The market is active. Capital is there. Demand is there. But the buyer has changed: more informed, more selective, looking beyond today’s price towards #location, #quality, #timing & long term #value.
🏙At the same time, the gap between demand and new supply is becoming one of the key forces shaping the market, particularly in high-demand areas, where quality inventory remains limited. We also talked about what’s next for North Bucharest Investments, the new opportunities coming to the market and where we see potential developing over the next 3–5 years. Because in real estate, what you buy matters. But when and where you buy can make all the difference.
🎥Great conversation with Corina Sfia & Imobiliare.ro, always good to exchange perspectives on where the market is today and where it is heading next!
