▶Buyers are more informed and selective. Price per square meter is still relevant, but the real question is whether you’re entering the right project, at the right moment, with enough upside and a clear path to exit.
🏙️ We also talked about northern Bucharest, a market we know very well at North Bucharest Investments, where #infrastructure, new #developments and strong #demand continue to create interesting #opportunities.
📈 For me, this is probably the biggest #shift: people are starting to think less about buying properties and more about building investment portfolios.
