Wolfgang Franke experienced 50 years of bodybuilding! Since his first TRIP to the USA in 1977, he has been a big fan of the Iron Guru, whom he met at his Vince Gym in Hollywood. He tells here about real BB history and uses this youtube channel to tell how everything started to give training instructions and nutrition tips, to report on products, news, innovations and co. As the main moderator, Wolfgang Franke has been active for decades as a trainer, nutritionist, product developer of dietary supplements and caregiver of competitive athletes. This is about conveying practical experience, not a theory.
