When do I pay?
When you confirm your group, colour and website. Nothing changes on your group until the payment goes through, and if the subscription ends, the group goes back to how it was.
What does TOKERO take from what I sell?
20% of each sale, net of VAT. With your own Stripe, TOKERO invoices you the fee, net of refunds too; when TOKERO sells for you, it keeps the fee before adding your share to your earnings.
Which path should I choose?
Selling mostly in your own country? Sell yourself. Selling abroad too? Let TOKERO be the merchant of record. While nothing is live yet, you can still change your choice.
Can I cancel?
Cancel any time from your membership settings. When the paid period ends, your group goes back to how it was.
Do my members need a new app?
No. They join from any browser or the TOKERO app. An app of your own is available with Pro, on request.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, with Pro: community.yourdomain.com, set up from your community's dashboard.
Who can see my community?
It starts private and unlisted. You decide who joins.
Can I change the setup later?
Any time. The home screen and every page are yours to change in Manage.
