How to request data deletion
You can request the deletion of your account and personal data at any time directly from My Settings, or by contacting our support team for additional assistance if needed.
Contact email
If you signed in with Facebook, Google, Apple or another external provider, or if you cannot access your account, send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account to [email protected].
What gets deleted
Your Tokero account and the personal data associated with it are deleted. Some information may be retained where required by law (for example, accounting, tax, AML/KYC and fraud-prevention records) for the legally mandated retention period.
Processing time
Account closure is processed instantly in most cases. Where additional verification or legal checks are required, the request is completed within the timeframe required by applicable data-protection regulations.
