I challenge you to spend occasionally outside of your comfort zone - once you get a glimpse of the life you could have, you will be motivated to work even harder!
Most people’s real estate journey looks like this: scroll, save, watch someone else win, then do nothing. You’re not catching anything from the sidelines. Make the offers. Take the no’s. Talk to the people already closing. That’s where the real tips come from. The best tips I ever got came from someone who was already doing it. And I only met those people because I was out there making offers, getting told no, and calling sellers back. So this week, make the offers. Call back the agent who passed on you. Go to a local meetup and ask the person who’s actually closing what they’re saying to sellers. That’s where the answers are that nobody posts online. Comment or Dm me “DEAL” and I’ll send you a free resource breaking down how to get started on your first creative finance deal. ㅤ #fishing#realestateinvesting#entrepreneur
