The Ideal Candidate:
- Graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator);
- Copywriting skills (writing content for newsletter, blog or Social Media texts);
- Familiar with managing pages in Social Media;
- Implementation of offline and online marketing/communication strategies;
- Knowledge of other software such as Adobe and experience in Ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads) is a plus;
- Creative and/or organized person, attentive to details, self-taught;
- Openness to new technologies (Metaverse, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, NFTs);
- Ability to plan, organize, execute, monitor and review an entire marketing campaign (e.g. treasure-hunt QR codes in a public park, with 1-week pre-marketing and post marketing while still showing results);
- Advanced knowledge of English (writing, reading, listening; speaking can be practised along the way);
- Knowledge of French or another European language is a plus.

Job description or more simply, what you will do at Tokero:
- Creating content (graphics, video and text) for Social Media, relevant to the project you are assigned to;
- Tracking, analysing and reporting their statistics and performance;
- Planning and implementation of communication and promotion campaigns;
- Maintaining relationships with online influencers;
- Updating information on the website (pictures, descriptions, banners);
- Proposing, documenting and tracking the implementation of optimizations on TOKERO websites to increase conversion rates;
- Developing customer loyalty programmes;
- Proposing new marketing directions to bring in new customers and/or increase the value of existing ones.
