You can fund your TOKERO account with EURO to purchase cryptocurrencies in 2 ways:
Method A: Card deposit (MasterCard)
A1 Log in to your TOKERO account
A2 Click "Buy crypto with card" or "Deposit" in the bottom left corner and then "Deposit via card".
A3 Type the EUR amount to be withdrawn from your MasterCard. Click on "USDT⏷" to toggle the cryptocurrency menu and select the cryptocurrency you wish to purchase. Click on the "Buy" button.
A4 Fill in the blank fields with your MasterCard details:
- Card number;
- Expiration date;
- CVV/ CVC;
- Your name as it appears on the card.
- Once you have completed all the fields, click the "Pay" button.
Note: In order for the purchase to be successful, you may also need a payment confirmation from the application of the MasterCard issuing bank.
A5 After successful payment, the purchased cryptocurrencies will appear in "My funds - balances" / "Wallet".
Method B: Deposit EUR by SEPA bank transfer
B1 Log in to your TOKERO account.
B2 Click "Deposit FIAT by payment order" or "Deposit" in the bottom left corner and then "Deposit EUR".
B3 Click on the "Yes, I acknowledge" button to take responsibility if you make a transfer to a wrong address or blockchain.
This is where the transfer information appears. Do not try to make a cash deposit directly to our account, but make a SEPA bank transfer, as we need your IBAN to validate the deposit.
You can make the transfer online, from the banking mobile app, or at the banking office on paper through a PAYMENT ORDER.
The deposit made by SEPA bank transfer will reach your TOKERO account within 1-3 working days from the moment it was initiated, depending on each bank. Transfers from Revolut recorded the fastest processing time, from 30 minutes to 1 business day. When the funds reach us, we will send you a notification email to let you know that the deposit has been completed. The transferred amount will appear in "My funds - balances" / "Wallet".
Exchange on the TOKERO platform
1 Now that you have funded your account with EUR, to make an exchange from EUR to any available cryptocurrency, click on "Exchange".
2 Click on "Buy" next to the currency you want to buy (in this example Bitcoin).
3 Type the amount you want to change and then click "Buy".
4 Click "Confirm and execute exchange". You can keep the purchased cryptocurrencies in your TOKERO account or transfer them to other wallets, respecting the transfer network specified on the withdrawal page.
